I booked room 5, and it was great. Lots of room and was clean. Staff was friendly. 45 minutes is more than enough time to get your pet cleaned.

This place is conveniently located by home, well not that close but closest self-wash pooch business. The location has about 6 different pooch shower stalls. It is $17 per bath and it includes towels, shampoos, combs etc. (Next time I plan to bring our own shampoo for fleas that we use as a precaution) The staff was very friendly and directed us on what to do as it was our first time here. They also have some food, snacks, and doggy items for purchase but not that big of a spread of stuff. I really enjoyed this place as it seemed to be kept clean and tidy most of the time. I will definitely be back to this place. I have not used their grooming services so can't speak to that.

Absolutely love this place! My dog has extreme separation anxiety so this was perfect! That have everything you need and the guy in front always gives great shampoo recommendations, extra towels if needed, I've been to other self bath locations that'll charge $5-$10 extra for deshedding, itchy or anything shampoos and here they don't, I just maybe recommend putting the hook to dry the pups further away from the edge of the table

Even though my little babies had a terrible time, it was so convenient for me! They provide everything- shampoo, Leave in conditioner, brushes and deshedding tools, a blow dryer and plenty of towels. It was also great that I could get both my babies in the same tub! Get it all done at once!! It was their first bath together!

I prefer to bathe my dogs myself and I like this place. The stalls are private and you can let your dog be free off the leash inside your own stall because it is gated. Only thing I didn't like was that their shampoo was watered down but that's not a problem bec I prefer my furminator shampoo anyway. I like how they leave a treat in the towels as if this is the doggie spa. Staff was friendly and I liked that you book your time online so you don't have to come and wait. You come in. They show you your stall with your name on it and once you're done you just leave bec it's all already paid for online. Less lingering around other dogs and very fluid process.

uShampooch is conveniently located within close walking distance from the Redondo Beach dog park. It's perfect for those crazy days when your dogs get into the mud or get too rowdy with their dog friends in the sand. Not only are there stations to wash your dogs, there are treats, accessories, and other products you can pick up during your visit. The best part though is they have groomers present daily (typically 10AM-2PM) who groom your dogs for an unbelievably reasonable price, ie: $10 for nail trim, ~$65 for my mini goldendoodle, etc. Also, if you keep your dogs on a routine 2-week nail trim visit, then it's just $5 for a nail trim! The service was phenomenal both on the phone and in person every time we have come by. Both the service and space are very inviting. The store is very open concept with quite a few stalls. At first we thought $17 was pricey to wash our dogs when we could just wash them at home. Then we discovered the $12 by 12 deal, which is a bath for $12 if you're finished by 12PM on Tuesday's and Thursday's and it was a game changer! Highly recommend uShampooch for your affordable dog grooming needs here in the South Bay!

I used to bring my Dog here for self bathing. I really liked it initially, and had no issues for the few years I used their services, but now my opinion has completely changed due to my interactions with the owner. I had to cancel my reservation due to my boyfriend being in a car accident and therefore did not have transportation to take our dog there. I tried to reschedule first thing in the morning, and no staff answered the phone call. I left voicemails and did not receive a call back. After calling for probably the 5th or 6th time, I FINALLY reached someone, who was of no help. All the young man said was that I could go online to the contact page and send a message to the owner about requesting to reschedule my appointment. Long story short, after many attempts to get ahold of her, she denied the request and kept reiterating that same day "cancellations" are not allowed and that we cannot reschedule or receive a refund. How is this ok? An emergency did not matter to her, just her policy/procedures, and receiving $$. No empathy or concern was offered/given. Nor were any apologies. She was highly unreasonable and flat out rude. I had to do a charge back at the bank because the owner refused to help her customer. I will NEVER ever return here.

A great place to wash your puppy and the service is very friendly. I just wish you could get a same day appointment sometimes.

At other places she comes home anxious and unsettled, but that has never happened here. The staff truly cares about the dogs, and the personalized updates they send are thoughtful and reassuring. We love that they keep the number of dogs small so the environment never feels chaotic or overwhelming. Every update shows Frankie looking relaxed and genuinely happy, and she always comes home healthy, calm, and in a great mood. It's completely worth it for the peace of mind when we travel. And the occasional complimentary surprise bath before pickup is such a nice bonus!

I honestly can't imagine those early years (or now) without them. What means the most to me is the complete trust I have in their care. Even when I've been traveling for work in other countries--literally on the other side of the world--I have never worried once. I always know Summit is safe, loved, and having the very best time. And he does have the best time--he still runs in with the same excitement as he did on day one. (I cried that first day when he was just a pup and it was my first time leaving him, but Cami hugged me and told me he was going to be just fine and most happy there - and those words are still true to this day!) It's truly his home away from home. He loves all of his fur friends (he made so many, and even I did too from A Bark Idea), lives for water time with the hose (those pictures are the best), or the time they brought in bubbles and Summit has never been more blown away, and I absolutely love the daily photos and updates that keep me connected no matter where I am. :) There is simply no place better in the South Bay (Hermosa), and now with their beautiful new location in Marina del Rey/Venice, it's even more convenient for us. :) I recommend them to everyone I know with a pup--and when you go, look for Summit on the walls... he's one of their photo models! :)

She is competent, caring, and gifted when it comes to pet companions! She cared for my sweet pooch like her own, went the extra mile bc my dog had separation anxiety. Even though Sakhi peed all over her house the first day (sorry about that, Jonna, heeeheeee), she was kind and patient! Honestly, I'm glad I got her contact from my pet groomer! She went the extra mile by taking Sakhi EVERYWHERE with her, so that my pooch wouldn't be alone. Mind you, she did this for A WHOLE MONTH, without charging extra! Jonna is wonderful and I wish her the best. Not only was she a great help, but her family is super awesome too, they accepted and loved, Sakhi, as their own. Her Aussie Sheps are pretty cool also!! Bailey and Riley "rock the world"! :) Some facts:- -She keeps in touch throughout, sending pictures, emails and updates everyday. -She works with lots of pet owners and has enormous experience! -She is a pet owner herself and is well-versed in our pet companion needs! - She is incredibly profession and "spot on" EXCELLENT at what she does!!!

Warning: This company allows unapproved individuals into your home…read more In December 2022, I hired Delise to watch my dogs. While the meet-and-greet went well, I was disappointed to discover that she brought her daughter and another individual into my home during a dog drop-in without my prior approval. It seems logical and reasonable to expect that only the person I met and approved would be entering my home. Allowing others to accompany the dog walker without explicit client consent raises concerns about home security and privacy. When I spoke with Jonna recently, I was surprised and disappointed to learn that the company's policy explicitly allows dog walkers to bring other individuals, such as family members, friends, or minor children, into clients' homes unless the client specifically requests otherwise. Instead of apologizing for this or acknowledging my concerns, Jonna shifted the blame onto the client for not explicitly stating that no one else was allowed. This response was frustrating, as it seems impractical to expect clients to anticipate such a scenario and establish boundaries that should be standard practice. Additionally, when I mentioned that I planned to share this policy on Yelp to educate others who may not be aware, Jonna became upset and accused me of threatening her, which was not my intent. I simply believe that transparency around this policy is crucial for clients, especially those who prioritize home security. From a liability and insurance standpoint, it seems unreasonable and risky for a company to permit non-approved individuals in private homes without explicit client consent. Transparency around this policy is crucial, especially for clients who prioritize home security, as it is not intuitive to assume that additional, unapproved individuals would be present during appointments. Attached is one picture validating at least two individuals in my home - only one approved that had met my dogs prior.
