I have been coming to Dog Oddities for the last 7-8 years. Their self-wash service is only place I recommend. They provide every tool you need from shampoo, conditioner, grooming brushes for shower or brushing, ear cleaning solutions, aprons, and blow dryer. The washing stations are really clean and spacious. They offer extra towel if you have a bigger sized dog and they include a meat jerky to ease your fur baby's anxiety. Unfortunately my husky baby passed suddenly a few days ago but this was one of his favorite places. Obviously he didn't like baths but he loved the treat they provide. He would rush through the door to get to the treat. But we as pet owner, we loved how they made us feel welcome and how everything is well organized and planned out thoughtfully. I never felt stressed bringing my pup here. I'm able to groom my pup and leave this place without feeling anxious or stressed. My pup is also able to endure the 1-1.5 hour process calmly. My family friend also sends her pet here for their professional grooming service and she cannot stop raving about this place. If you are unsure, I highly recommend giving this place a try!! I have been taking my Jaxxie girl to Dogg Oddities for years. Jaxxie girl always comes out feeling and looking FABULOUS. She is a small chihuahua and they literally treat her like one of their own. Adriana is amazing with my anxious, kinda grumpy older shih tzu. We've been going for almost a year and each time the haircuts are great. I'm so glad to have found an amazing, gentle groomer at a reasonable price. I also love that the dogs aren't kept in crates or in a large communal area pre/post groom. My dog doesn't like other dogs, so I usually always do mobile grooming, but this is basically exactly the same level of privacy and attention. I couldn't recommend this business enough. We used the self bathe and couldn't be happier. For the low cost of renting the bath it is so much better than trying to give our dog a bath in the bathtub or backyard. Especially since I have a bad back and can't really bend down much. My dogs been coming here for 4 years. Wheaten terrier mix, She has a lot of hair and They treat her well. Dog comes back with a great cut and smells great every time. The space is clean, provides all the essentials including raised tubs, faucet mixers that mix in the shampoo and conditioner products, ear and eye cleaning products, brushes, towels, aprons. So much better than messing up our home or using a garden hose. I can really get our triple coated big dogs wet and clean! Owner Adriana is magic with nail clipping. They took excellent care of my dog, Penny. She looks amazing! The shop is clean and they are very friendly and knowledgeable about skin issues. Penny was very happy with them too, which is very important to me. I have found my new groomer and am so happy with them. I should mention that it had been a long time since Penny had gotten a professional groom and as a result, was a lot more work than if she had been going regularly, which is entirely my fault. Even with all that extra work, she looks absolutely amazing. Lots of parking and easy to find the shop are extra bonuses, but the most important thing to me is that they were good to my pup. I was hesitant to trust another but upon meeting the two individuals at the front desk I knew our pup was in good hands. Trust me when I say these groomers are phenomenal! I felt compelled to write a review for this place even though I selfishly don't want it to get too popular where I have to wait in line! I am a big fan of the self-wash options since my dog feels more comfortable and I don't mind doing it. However, bathing him in the backyard left me with an insanely sore back and in the winter time my options really came down to hoping it would rain, dousing him with shampoo and going on a long walk. (Just kidding, don't flag me.) Dogg Oddities popped up in my Yelp as I was looking for something closer than driving to UShampooch in RB. No, it's not THAT far - but is there anything closer? Hmm. I stopped in and was greeted by some super kind women and cute little pups and was directed into a pretty good sized stall. They took me through all the things - tub, shampoos, towels, dryer, yummy treat for the pup. All standard stuff. Hooray, I thought - this seems great. Except... it got greater. The tub isn't as high as some of the others and since my pup is getting up there in age and HATES to be picked up, this was a welcome sight. AND THEN, there's a removable gate and a small step that he just hops on into the tub. The hose looks a little intimidating, but she showed me the ins and outs. AND THEN, she showed me the INTEGRATED SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER that is distributed THROUGH the hose. WHAT! WAT! WUT! Amazing. I have never seen such a gadget but wow, does this help move things along more quickly. The only thing I would have to say is the table for drying can be a little wobbly for a bigger dog - my pup is about 50 lbs and is fine on it but if it were bigger/sturdier, that wouldn't be terrible. The dryer is great and has two speeds and at the end they give you some sprays to make your pup smell even better. I really enjoy this place - please go support local businesses!!!! read more

I really enjoy coming here to bathe my partners dogs. He has two dogs and these rooms are very spacious, clean, and user friendly. The staff is extremely welcoming and approachable. They have many dog colognes free of charge and you can purchase shedding shampoo and other services like nail trimming etc in addition to your self service dog wash.
