Thiago and his crew has proven time and again that they are the hardest-working, most efficient,…read moreand most reasonably priced among all demolition and hauling contractors. I initially received bids from 4 different demo & hauling contractors, and A & M's team asked the right questions and showed they already had expertise and experience. Their pricing was also very competitive so I selected them. I have now gone back to Thiago for 6 or 7 other follow-up jobs and every time, him and his crew were always responsive, honest, hardworking, and they have always finished the job with the best quality and within the time frame promised. Thiago and his guys are my Go-To crew for any future demo and hauling jobs. They are all super honest and they have done an excellent job for me time and again. Often, if I see them working their butts off and sweating profusely, I would buy them pizza and/or Gatorade just to make sure I take care of them. I think that's the least we can do as customers - to take great care of the guys who bring the muscle and the physical labor, and we need to take excellent care of them. I now worry with my highest rating and excellent review, along with the hundreds of other reviews from other clients, that they would be so busy and they would likely have no more time for me and my future jobs. In any event, this review is way overdue since I have worked with A & M for almost a year now. Thiago and his crew deserve every bit of praise possible and they are all awesome guys. You would be so lucky to have this group of guys to work on your projects.

Responsive: We set up an appointment to fit our schedules (his and mine) that was in a _very_ reasonable timeframe. Resonable: He quoted me a soft number based on what my perceived volume was. It wasn't the correct volume, as my husband had a bunch more stuff that he didn't tell me he was getting rid of. But Nick accommodated us and adjusted his fee well within reason. Timeliness: Nick was punctual and worked quickly to load our stuff and make it all go away. Summary: I'm sure I'll utilize Nick's services in the future and have already recommended him to a friend.
