My schedule can be pretty hectic, and they worked around my timing both times, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. The first company I called said they couldn't come until Thursday. Then I found Kaizen. Nathan and Lu were awesome! Not only did they come the same day to pick up my fridge and freezer, but they were such great sports when said fridge and freezer started leaking stinky juices.
