I was pleasantly surprised that they had the logo already in their collection. The turnaround time was only 3 business days. The finished logo isn't as "clean" as compared to the scrubs provided by the hospital, but it's close enough, especially at the low price (call them for pricing). I will definitely have any embroidery done by this business in the future.

The hats are a sun style with a thick brim. Within an hour, he was able to get the logos pressed and figured out how to get the lettering on the brims. This was something he'd never done before and when it got challenging, he dug in and got the job done. He did all of this while having the best outlook on the project. Also, his price was on point with me expecting more for a rush job. He's awesome and they have great apparel with LBC logos that they produce. The individual who spoke with me and presented himself as the manager was dismissive, cold, and showed very little courtesy. He seemed excited to turn me away. I've been in this profession since 2005 and understand capacity limits, scheduling, and busy operations. What I don't understand is treating a customer as though they are an inconvenience, especially when the shop appeared empty at the time. What made this more frustrating is that the same person who interacted with me in that manner is now responding publicly as the owner. I thought you were the manager sir? The tone and attitude I experienced in person did not match the response written here. After leaving, I went to East LA Uniform. They were extremely busy with multiple walk-ins, yet the owner still took the time to welcome me, get everyone taken care of, and make me feel like family. She recognized my request for what it was and took the time to recognize she appreciated the business. They spent about 30 minutes on my boots and delivered the best shine I've ever had -- and at a better price. Based on my experience, I no longer consider this business here friendly to the profession and should be avoided. If anyone has the owners contact information id love to hear from him.

The prices were so good we started grabbing shirts like we were contestants on a supermarket sweep. Ended up leaving with a stack of California print shirts without financially ruining ourselves. I paid the sets left no issues wasn't until i came back same day to return the regular set what threw me off first was that for refunds you cannot use the card you used at first to pay. Odd. Never heard of that anywhere. They forced to use a credit card to return the payment. What if i didn't have a credit card at all??? I was then forced to use my husband's credit card. I have yet to receive any refund from the set I returned. Going to call tomorrow if nothing is done im going to dispute the payment with the bank. Was really trying to give the benefit of the doubt but come on . I knew it was fishy but stay away from this place or pay cash unless you want to be scammed.

Gave truthful comments and advice. They do alterations at $5 as long as it is purchased from them. Small shop, not much room to move around but plenty of scrubs though. Spacious fitting rooms. And their are 3 of them. Located in a small plaza with a Limited parking.
