They found that "threatening" and cancelled my services and would not be of assistance to move data to another provider. FitTech Solutions then deleted my email account they were hosting and I lost everything rather than transferring ownership to me. Very nice at first, then a sudden decline in customer service. I can see why all the reviews here are ancient.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY! This company is fraudulent in its…read moreservices. If you go check multiple service speed tests. It's always well below what they advertise unless you go to their specific speediest site. They also overcharge an additional month past date you cancel and refuse to correct and unless you pay they directly send it to a collection agency and mess up your credit rating. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I personal am going though this experience with them in North western WI. I received their bill. then called them and canceled them. the following month received another bill. 1 month after canceling them. I called them to correct it. basically told to bad and to pay it. When I refused to pay, they sent it to collections and have since ruined my credit rating.

We had them out several times, but the issues were never resolved permanently. When the full month bill was received in Sheboygan, they claimed that another business wrote the contract; therefore, they were not responsible for the huge increase in the monthly bill. We said we have the contracted amount on hard-copy, and they would not honor it. Bait & Switch, no extras like call-waiting or forwarding, very crappy internet (went out all the time), and sluggish TV streaming. Learn from our experience and run from this business!

Oh hell no. We just…read moremoved to a new house and needed to get some type of TV service going meaning the choice was between cable (nope, sorry never again), DirecTV or Dish. Dish currently has the best pricing and so I went online to set it up which should be a relatively simple process, right? Nope. I won't go into the long, horrible story but I'm now on my third rep over 4 days and between online chat and the phone, it's well over 2 hours of my time. Bottom line, they messed up during the credit check process and ended up "locking" me out because they pinged it so many times. They promised a call back to complete the process which of course never happened and when I finally did get set up complete they tried to bait and switch me to a more expensive package. On top of that, more than one rep tried to get me to give them a second credit card number - even though they acknowledged the first one worked just fine. Super, super, super shady. The whole process was time consuming, inconvenient, frustrating and more than a little sketchy. There are very limited choices for TV service in this market and I believe all of them suck. Know that Dish is no exception and in fact, sucks HARD.

Over an hour conversation and the rep WOULD NOT give me a flat price for the services i asked about. Eventually they did quote some ridiculous obviously made up price on the spot. Every question i asked was met with only half an answer followed by... "hows that, now lets just get you qualified..."
