All I got was a run around. The people at the 800 number said they couldn't take my payment and so couldn't set up an account, the people on chat either thought they could do it and were unsuccessful or didn't know how to try. The first dealer I called said they couldn't connect my hotspot to their network, even though I verified it was good to go on their website. Lot of going around in circles and not getting anywhere. This all changed when I called the Cricket dealer on 7235 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis, WI. I explained my dilemma to Robert, who told me "no problem, we can get you going" or words to that effect. I drove over and found Robert to be personable, but more importantly, very knowledgeable. Despite a few hickups in the process of getting my hotspot connected to their network, he quickly worked through the problems and got me up and running. This is an important step necessary to be done correctly from the very beginning if not you will have to start over. Madison will tell you how they want the documents notarized before they pass it along to the other countries consulate for their certification. This is particularly important because of identity fraud and security. We worked with both of the notaries and they were both patient with doing the paperwork accurately each time. We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. She purposely makes mistakes on important documents, so that the recipient calls UPS to fact check the validity of the Notary, which then provides proof of where the document went and essentially what the document was for! On Multiple Occasions, I've gone here to get documents Notarized for Business Reasons and Execution of Signature to ensure documents are witnessed properly. Each time the Notary makes a mistake on the document such as, 1)Writing the incorrect date, 2) Refusing to place Notary Stamp in a directed location by purchaser, or even 3)Writing/striking a line through the date; is a bait tactic. This bait tactic warns the recipient/viewer of signatures to "Fact Check," where the purchaser got the Notary from. In part, the Notary Public has concerns about what they are signing and want to verify where the document was going (i.e.) Reasons, just in case they were ever subpoenaed to come into court, they would know what they are attached to. In many cases, it is rare for a Notary Public to be pulled into ANY situation related to what a purchaser is having their signature witnessed on! I have had really important documents questioned by the recipient, because they had several markings on them! Wisconsin, is the ONLY state I've ever been to, where "Training is obtained, forgotten and not enforced, but the Credential Holder, remains licensed; under DSPS." However, the purchaser is held accountable for the mistake of the licensed individual!!! How does this even make sense? Going forward, I'll be using the sister organization I work with to get document signatures notorized/witnessed! If you are busy and down to the last hour, go here only if its urgent! Better to bring multiple copies of the same document just in case someone makes a mistake!

My position on Radke has unfortunately changed. After being convinced to buy a top of the line Bosch dishwasher, they have failed to stand by a flawed product or deliver timely customer service. After waiting a week for a repairman, a service call was scheduled and a time window given. I missed work to accommodate their schedule to only be given a call 30 minutes before the time table expired to say "something came up." I've been without my "top of the line" dishwasher for over two weeks and no resolution in sight. I'm sad I put my faith and hard earned dollars into this company that does not care about repeat customers. I will never be a customer at Radke again. Buyers beware.

On 7/27/2026, I drove ~50 miles each way to the Apple Store at Bayshore, 5715 N Centerpark Way, Glendale, WI 53217, in heavy construction traffic. I then spent nearly 2 hours in-store while technicians ran diagnostics. During the visit, I was first told the AirPods would be replaced, then later told no replacement would be provided, even with manager approval. I was told my only options were to keep the defective product or send it to a repair depot with up to a 2‑week turnaround, leaving me without my AirPods. I was also not informed that ear tips should be removed before sending them in, risking loss of accessories. This caused significant wasted time, travel, and inconvenience. Apple confirmed the defect but failed to provide a reasonable immediate resolution.
