    I've had to deal with there customer service 3 times in one week, they suck I hate this company and I can't wait to switch to Verizon again.

    Started in December when i purchased a new phone. The guy deleted my new phone off my account…read moreinstead of my old one. Then couldn't fix it. I had to go to a corporate store to get it resolved. Forward to now. My phone has a screen hardware issue. I went in to get it fixed. They couldn't get Verizon to authorize a replacement asap so I was to get a follow up. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! No calls. Even worse, no reply to calls and voicemail I left. Or even reply to text messages I sent. Horrible. Mike there found I was being double billed for my iPad. But can't refund it. He "fixed it" only for my iPad service to get shut off. I was to call or text of that happened. I did both. No reply. There are numerous other Verizon issues I'm dealing with but this location started the problems and won't resolve them for me. Sad. I've been with Verizon for just a few months shy of 20 years. I'm moving to another carrier because of this crap.

NO HELP AT ALL. Service from Verizon isn't the best. And I literally didn't get anywhere in chat. It also took forever to get verified and they couldn't find any case number I provided. I went to Verizon about 2 months ago. They had a deal for buy one get one phone free and the unlimited with free Apple Music. Then Free Disney plus. I was paying with my other carrier 95 a month. I told them I am a disabled veteran and can't afford much more than that. Well I ended up paying 230 that day. Then 2/3 weeks later I got a bill of around 350. I had to drop the unlimited. I had to drop the dinsney plus. I also was told i would get a military discount. That is a lie. You have to subscribe to some thing to get that military discount. This Verizon store cares only about in thing and hat is making a commission and sales. I would avoid this place. And I have talked to Verizon a few times before I got this case number and No one at Verizon when u can or chat with them cares. I wish I could drop them but now I am stuck for the next two years. In a plan and with phones I seriously can't afford.

    It's bad enough losing cell service for multiple days with no real explanation, but I went into the…read moreHolmgren Way store to simply ask for a breakdown of the charges on my bill, as it was $157/month, and I could not find online what exactly that monthly fee covered. I went to the Holmgren Way store to get a printout, and August, an employee, said he was not able to provide that without management authorization. After questioning why a customer service employee of yours was not able to answer a simple question for a customer, a manager rushed over to assist. He was also reluctant to show me a breakdown of the charges, but informed me that my Flex-Pay for my iPhone 13 just ended that month, which seemed suspect. I still asked for a printout of the breakdown and to see the payment history of my Flex plan, which was their shady way of getting you to sign a 3-year agreement to get an upgrade, which is poor terminology since I'm actually paying for it in the long run. They not only refused to print something out, but when I moved behind the desk and went to look at the computer screen they were looking at, in confusion, they moved the screen away so I couldn't see. The best they could do was write down what my data plan cost on a Post-it note. Highly unprofessional and very suspect that they wouldn't show me why my bill was so expensive. I've been a Cellcom customer for almost 20 years; needless to say, I took their post-it note and went to T-Mobile, where I got a truly free phone upgrade, major discount from what I was paying, and full transparency as to what my charges were. Cellcom has obviously had issues, but it's sad when a store manager and employee are going out of their way to conceal what I've been paying for all this time.
