I'm so glad she did! The service itself has been great so far and the customer service is top-notch. The installer explained everything they were doing while they were doing it and worked efficiently to minimize disruption to my day. These folks really are our neighbors on the coast and care about the quality of their work. I have a remote worker in my household who has had to go work at the cafe in the past due to other companies' outages but who hasn't had to leave the house once since we got Further Reach. I called the returns department and they tell me to call customer service cause they can send you a box and a label. I seriously questioned this as I have never had them offer me a box and a label. I was correct, no box and label. I was transferred around and around. I was finally told that I could I could use a label I had previously used. Honestly I doubt it but at this point, I give up. If they are to unknowledgeable about how to do their job I do not know how to fix that. I will try and use this label and if it doesn't work I quit! I do not have hours and hours to spend on the phone. I have only ever had one employee there go way above and beyond to help me out. That was back in January. We went on a Wednesday to see if we could get a replacement. We could only be here in FB for three days then had to return home 170 miles away. Jose found us an easy to operate flip phone for our family member who is not cell phone savvy, however Jose didn't have it stock and didn't think he could get us the phone before we had to return home! But Jose did get us the phone in time that saved us a return trip! Phone works great, our family member who will be in rehab at least another month was thrilled as well! Jose is our hero, great guy, great employee, knows how to treat his customers!

We were reassured that if it didn't work we could just bring it back and they'll just return it and maybe charge a restocking which we were fine with. Unfortunately the JetPak didn't work so we brought it back maybe 18 hours later on Sunday. Logan wasn't there but the African American gentleman was and he said he will wave the restocking fee, but he will have to have Logan take care of removing it from the account because he didn't know how; but he would make sure Logan does it. Well two months later we are still trying to get it removed and Verizon says Logan from Fort Bragg has to be the one to do it but we can't get a hold of Logan and he is trying to pass blame to Verizon, meanwhile we have lost close to $500 because of Logan's mistake and down right lack of customer service and care.
