We had a major scare for the operation of our business. A grinder plate inadvertently fell into a…read moremain drain line and traveled pretty far down the line, into an area with 3 feet of 100 year old concrete. As a USDA inspected facility, having to break into the concrete would have forced us to close down our operations until the demolition and construction were completed.
