I described my frustration in dealing with "other" local plumbing companies. I soon learned that my Bock water heater is of excellent quality. Michael believed that it could last for additional decades with appropriate attention. While he acknowledged that he was not qualified to work on HVAC equipment, Michael pointed out what was obvious to him, my Bock water heater was apparently in good working condition and there was no need to replace it. He came to this conclusion after I asked him what he would do if he were me. Our interaction was significantly noteworthy for several reasons: #1. I learned that my water heater could serve me for possibly three times as long as I had previously been told. I had been led to believe that a water heater such as mine had a lifespan of approximately 15 years. #2. A potential bill for work that could have been $4,000 or more evaporated. #3. On-top of that, the installation was unnecessary for my system. After the repair work they did on my system it only last for about 6 months before completely failing. I asked Justin about a mini-split installation and he tried to steer me away from that option. It seems like the only reason he would do that is because they are so cost-efficient and do not require the same level of maintenance as a typical central unit, thereby reducing the reliance on "Right on Time Heating and Cooling". He quoted me $12,000 to replace a 15-seer central condenser unit!!! By comparison, I purchased and installed my own 4-zone high efficiency mini-split system (the refrigerant lines are pre-loaded, easy to install) for $5k... the heating and cooling are much better and the system is much more efficient and uses less electricity. I can easily maintain the system myself yearly and it is expected to last 20+ years as opposed to the 10-15 year lifespan of a typical central condenser unit. I have came to the conclusion that "Right on Time Heating and Cooling" is a dishonest business that price-gouges their customers by charging 10x for parts, extremely high-labor costs, and installing parts and systems that are inefficient, expensive and require constant maintenance by "Right on Time Heating and cooling" I would highly recommend doing your homework and installing a single, dual or quad zone mini-split system yourself. You will save thousands of dollars in parts and installation costs, avoid price-gouging by Justin and his company, and avoid costly/constant maintenance. The worst part about the whole experience is that Justin acted like he was a Christian and doing the right thing. Very dishonest and disturbing in my opinion. I hope that he does out of business because of how he and his company take advantage of people.

AWFUL SERVICE! I…read moreasked for more frequent service when paying my bill. I received a second bill right on top of the one I'd just paid. I called and asked why I was being billed again and they stated it was because I changed services. This did not make sense as all previous billing occurred at the end of the billing period. There was no credit for the payment I'd just made. I decided to wait until they serviced the porta potty because we had problems with them showing up before. They wouldn't give me an exact date so I made sure to be there every day but no one came. After a week and a half I had to run some errands so I instructed my employees to watch for the truck. When I returned, 3 of my employees stated that the driver drove by without stopping, even when they yelled for him to stop. I called to complain and the driver said that he saw the goats, after pulling all the way up the driveway, but no one was around to keep them out of the way, so he left. All 3 employees reacted strongly to this information stating again that he never pulled in, barely slowed, looked right at them and then sped off. When I called, and they refused to come out again, I told them to just pick up the unit. He came 2 days later (even though I'd been told they had no time to come back out for at least a week) and nearly ran over the goats in his haste to get out of there! He ignored us yelling at him to slow down. When I received another bill, I protested that I was being charged for services that were never rendered. They stated that because the unit was still on the property, and available for our use, that I had to pay anyway! Trust me, no one was about to step into that porta potty as it was way over filled and full of flies!!! I refused and they had the nerve to turn it over to collections!!! Do not use this company!! They are HORRIBLE!
