I'll admit that sometimes we don't get a prompt call back or quick turn around because he's a busy shop and we are in Manchester, an hour south on the coast from his normal territory. The two men that were here had found the problem, figured out which of our irrigation lines they could turn off and replaced a piece in the pump that should've told it to shut off. Two men walking around, looking for the problem, found it, fixed it, and we're so polite and offered some suggestions about how we could trim down the amount of faucets in our backyard. From the moment he arrived, Greg was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable.
