AWFUL SERVICE! I…read moreasked for more frequent service when paying my bill. I received a second bill right on top of the one I'd just paid. I called and asked why I was being billed again and they stated it was because I changed services. This did not make sense as all previous billing occurred at the end of the billing period. There was no credit for the payment I'd just made. I decided to wait until they serviced the porta potty because we had problems with them showing up before. They wouldn't give me an exact date so I made sure to be there every day but no one came. After a week and a half I had to run some errands so I instructed my employees to watch for the truck. When I returned, 3 of my employees stated that the driver drove by without stopping, even when they yelled for him to stop. I called to complain and the driver said that he saw the goats, after pulling all the way up the driveway, but no one was around to keep them out of the way, so he left. All 3 employees reacted strongly to this information stating again that he never pulled in, barely slowed, looked right at them and then sped off. When I called, and they refused to come out again, I told them to just pick up the unit. He came 2 days later (even though I'd been told they had no time to come back out for at least a week) and nearly ran over the goats in his haste to get out of there! He ignored us yelling at him to slow down. When I received another bill, I protested that I was being charged for services that were never rendered. They stated that because the unit was still on the property, and available for our use, that I had to pay anyway! Trust me, no one was about to step into that porta potty as it was way over filled and full of flies!!! I refused and they had the nerve to turn it over to collections!!! Do not use this company!! They are HORRIBLE!
