When i was on the phone i had talked to a guy who then put me on hold for over an hour not to mention them just hanging up on me without any communication. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed. She was fantastic in helping me get a new phone. À la a commission based transaction. No response or even a text back when I had a question about my new phone. After seeing this review, SHARON got back to me. She apologized for the lack of communication. Then, she help me with my problem in the same professional manner in which she had initially done. They were informed in late October, found the phone and sent it to the right place in November, and here it is the end of January and still no refund of the $555. When either I or my son call, they are rude and dismissive, saying "we'll call you when we have something to share with you." No customer service skills whatsoever and when I've asked for the contact information of the manager over the store, they tell me they can't give it out. I will be filing a BBB complaint shortly because I've run out of options. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION!

What I take issue with was the store managers aggressive tactic to have these kids open BEST BUY store credit cards, bribing them with the change to buy additional card sets if they opened a card and charged their purchase.
