Won't go back. This is NOT a Verizon corporate store, it is…read morean outside authorized dealer called Cellular sales, it's painted to look like a corporate store though. They also won't tell you they are not a Verizon store, this is actually a thing Verizon is allowing for many stores. I upgraded my phone on 3/23/24. I did not ask for nor want to change my plan. A rep named Noah, changed my plan without telling me. He didn't even upgrade me to a good plan, just slightly higher plan than where I was, just enough that he could get a bigger commission and we might not have noticed the change. My husband caught it when he just happened to go to a different store a week later to upgrade his own phone but it happened to be a corporate store. So, the sneaky switch was bad enough, but they did something messed up to my number when they activated my phone as well. He messed it up so badly that Verizon tier 2 tech couldn't even figure out how to fix the phone for two hours and eventually had to just end up canceling my number, deleting it from my account and starting over. We're still not sure what was done. I couldn't receive calls for a week. A nice guy at the same store helped me call Verizon at least, so not all the reps are bad. I wouldn't go here again, I don't appreciate being scammed. A complaint was put in with Verizon against the store and the sales rep. *cross posted on Google reviews*

Found this place by Google Map search and/or Yelp as I didn't want to take my phone to Verizon (why…read moreI'm not sure now). A couple months later, fairly sure that wasn't the better decision. To be fair, I messed up my HTC10 somehow; I think moderately wet hands cause my screen to start not registering touches in vertical bar patterns. After dealing with this for a few months and it not getting any better, I thought maybe just the screen needed to be replaced. Again, to be fair it's possible more needed to be replaced. So I went in and asked about a screen replacement and noted my general problem. I was more led down the line of how much my phone was still worth almost as if to say if I wanted to sell it, though ultimately noting that it was worth repairing. I put down the first half of the cost and came back a couple days later after the part was ordered online from a random supplier of phone parts. An hour or so later I came back with my phone all put back together, paid the rest of the cost and went on my way. Over the next day or so the "new" screen started to have some dead spots and continually got worse over the next few months until now where it's pretty much useless. Again, it's possible something else in the screen was damaged and a new screen just put a band-aid on it. However, I don't believe it was well repaired as over the last couple of months when a spot or section went bad, some good jiggling or tapping of the phone would get it working again. As well, even from the start, the "home" button in the bottom center was not well placed back in and was offset from where it should be. Also noticed I was fairly easily able to slide in a business card or thin paper between the screen and metal body to try to reseat the "home" button. So, the repair didn't come back looking like new and to me wasn't a good quality repair. It might be more of my issue, but I struggled to stop by this place with the way the hours are set and ran out of my 14 days from repair to take it back in at no cost (at least according to the receipt). I called once in there and left a message only to never have it returned, I could have been more persistent, but I don't have time for that. I only give a 2nd star here as at least the work is done in house and with decent looking equipment. Maybe it was just that I had an off phone (I think HTC10s aren't too popular) so if you've got an iPhone or an easier repair it'll work for you. But for me, it didn't work and I don't think the quality of the work was very good.

My wife had her iPad screen replaced at this shop over a year ago…read more We noticed the edge of the screen seemed loose several months later, but the iPad was still functioning. Then this weekend, the screen started to appear "jerky" and the iPad was pretty much useless. We called a couple places open on Sunday that wanted over $200 for a new screen. I thought we should get a new iPad, rather than spend $200 to replace another screen on an outdated model. But we took it by the shop on Tuesday when they were open during the week. The tech had it working like new within 5 minutes, at no charge, and we didn't even have the receipt from the first repair. (I'm sure they could have looked it up if they thought we were dishonest). Anyway, really appreciate the immediate attention when I stopped by and quick fix.
