I quickly learned that places like Uncle Bobs are where you really need to go. Here's why. 1. These are passionate musicians that know what they are talking about. 2. Support local business!! 3. Super awesome staff of really helpful guys. 4. SELECTION! This place is unassuming from the outside but once you're in there and see the size and yes, you can go upstairs, you'll be looking around for a while. I was usher d around in search of the perfect piece in my price range and it was a really easy transaction. If you're in the market for new or used instruments, make this your first stop. In short, this place rocks!

The owner is incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase. I recently purchased a radio for my van, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly, the entire team was fantastic! What really stood out to me was that they took the time to make sure I understood all the features of my new radio before I left. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, especially at a reasonable price! I've already recommended Stereo One to friends and family, and I'll definitely be back! I'm already thinking about adding speakers, window tint, a camera, or something else to go with my new radio! Thank you, Stereo One, for an awesome experience and for treating your customers right! Walked out with an Apple Watch and a Samsung tablet (yes, you read that correctly, a Samsung tablet). Didn't make sense, but hey, it was free, so I didn't put up much of a fight. Spent the first 6 months, trying to get the trade in value applied to the new phone. Bill was over $800 a month, until I finally got it resolved. Then started the "free" watch and table issue. I have spent over a year, trying to get the promotion applied to my account, for the watch and tablet to be free. The Apple Watch promo was able to be found, but there is no promotion for a Samsung tablet and I will have to deal with that one. If Moises is the only one working, go somewhere else!!

All I got was a run around. The people at the 800 number said they couldn't take my payment and so couldn't set up an account, the people on chat either thought they could do it and were unsuccessful or didn't know how to try. The first dealer I called said they couldn't connect my hotspot to their network, even though I verified it was good to go on their website. Lot of going around in circles and not getting anywhere. This all changed when I called the Cricket dealer on 7235 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis, WI. I explained my dilemma to Robert, who told me "no problem, we can get you going" or words to that effect. I drove over and found Robert to be personable, but more importantly, very knowledgeable. Despite a few hickups in the process of getting my hotspot connected to their network, he quickly worked through the problems and got me up and running. If only I would have called that Cricket store first I could have saved myself half a day of frustration. I highly recommend this store, and especially Robert.
