I've interacted with several employees, and most recently with Bianna when I purchased phones for two of my granddaughters. I've also purchased a tablet and phone from Kyle and appreciate his expertise and unrelenting patience. While I've had exceptional service each and every time, I've also had to return to the store when I, or my wife, couldn't figure something out concerning a phone. Happens a lot as we get older it seems. I'm always met with knowledgeable and friendly staff and my issues are quickly resolved. I certainly recommend Victra to anyone in the area for their communications needs.

He then spent a hour trying to turn the phone on, unsuccessfully. He had already charged me, and said he would reverse the charges. He didn't. I have been a customer of Verizon for more than 25 years, but have left because these criminal clowns are the store in Brookings. I know another person that was taken advantage of by this store.

They had a new Apple battery in stock and she said it would take them up to an hour to change it. I left to run some errands and it wasn't even 20 minutes before she called me on my other phone to say the iPhone was ready! My phone works great now. I was so pleased that I was able to get my phone fixed in our little town with an authentic Apple battery without having to send my phone to Apple Support or travel some crazy distance to an Apple store. Wendy was super nice and the service was so fast and good and at a reasonable price, too. I highly recommend iRepair Smart!

Today was my final draw for spectrum mobile, I can not even report a power outage from my home on their network. I will be traveling around tomorrow too, so I'll get to see how good the T-Mobile service really is, but they did share I'm SOL when In Klamath. They also shared that they are working with Elon Musk to get coverage via satellite, so that's cool. Great team down at our local T-Mobile and we got free phone, free service until the we end our service. they took our iPhone 12 Pro Max as trade in at $250 each. In the end we walked out with three phones, bunch of promotional items (free Netflix and Apple TV and discounted and short term offers of AAA and Sirius XMRadio and I think couple more). We are locked in at $130 a month for three lines unlimited and so I'm saving $50 with an extra phone on my plan. It's crazy. Jay is the boss and got us hooked up, but we also got to meet our sons friend from High School Diego. Great overall experience with many perks.

On monday they promised to call us back within a maximum of 2 hours. (We had to do by telephone as they closed the Brookings office, a 5 minute drive). The promise was made about 4 pm. It's now 11 am the following day, and I still haven't heard from them. Obviously to these folks promises mean nothing. I will likely be looking to change my service as well. Two for one cancellations! Look at the efficiency!
