Yes, there is a FredMeyers and a McKays grocery store in Brookings, but they can be pricey if your needing organic foods. This grocery outlet usually has so many organic and vegan options, I never go home empty handed. I also love the fact that they offer new inventory every 2 days. I wish other grocery outlets would do this. You never know what your going to find. Staff is friendly and checkout is a breeze. I will miss this store.

And I can't even tell you how many times I asked the checker to check the medication for expired medicine because not only have I purchased expired stuff there but every time I go there, I bring up a couple of medications that I noticed were expired. I wear a larger women's size (18), but instead of the 1 t-shirt I was looking for, I found about 12-15 items that fit and that I loved. Almost everything was only $4 each, so it was a amazing day at the thrift store!!! They also have a large selection of costume jewelry and, although I didn't find anything this trip, this is a great store for this type of item as well. Everything is nicely displayed and well organized so you don't need to spend hours, pouring through clothes that don't fit or are not what you're looking for.
