I genuinely expected to move in and never see an employee which has been my experience at all other facilities to date. I could not have been more surprised. When I arrived Joe C was waiting in the office with a smile. He welcomed me and helped me get checked into my unit. We walked through my individual needs and he catered my experience accordingly. Working with Joe throughout the process thus far has been an absolute delight. He is professional, kind and treats you like a guest in his home. The facility itself if beyond expectations. People leave trash around the facility and there is no one around at night to monitor the activities. When I have a problem, no one is around to assist.
