I'm a sucker for a High Five!…read more As a consumer, one must balance quality, service, and price to arrive at value. In today's hyper-competitive world, it pays to do a little legwork when shopping for automotive parts, services, and especially tires. This brings me to ACE Tires.... The staff is friendly and professional. I arrived already knowing what brand of tire I needed, and the price point I was willing to pay. However, I observed the service advisors going through options with other customers and offering advice without applying any sales pressure. It appeared to be a collaborative effort to arrive at a consensus that the customer was happy with and could afford. Service is exceptional and fast without sacrificing quality. My vehicle was in and out in less than an hour. The service advisor offered updates and suggestions on future service needs to ensure I was fully informed. He advised me on their menu of routine services (oil changes, brakes, tire rotation, and alignment) and provided me with written documentation and reminders. Very few places do this nowadays. Prices are comparable with other area providers, and in some cases, they beat the competition. The highlight of my visit was the High Five. If you check in on Yelp, make sure you ask for Edwin or Ozzie and get your High Five. It's worth every penny! SYOY!!

I was looking to purchase a continental tire and many of the other shops were ranging between $250 - $320 including installation. Since Paul's Tire Pros focuses on wholesale, they were able to compete and offer me the tire for $160 plus $30 installation. They are affordable, transparent and did the job pretty quick! I do wish the waiting area and entrance was more welcoming - inside needs a bit more work but overall it was a good experience.

I've always had bad luck finding a trustworthy shop, but Armstrong Auto Care completely changed…read morethat for me. I first came here with my '99 F-150, and they treated my truck with the kind of detail and care you don't see often anymore. They tested their work, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with the truck running healthy. What really stood out was how they took the time to educate me on what to stay on top of with an older vehicle. That extra effort makes a huge difference, ever since that first visit I honestly haven't gone anywhere else . Same honest service, same attention to detail, and the peace of mind knowing my truck is in good hands. It's my main shop , and I don't trust anywhere else with my truck. I brought my car in for what should've been a simple EVAP fix, but it turned into me having to take…read morethe car 3 separates times, 2 of them overnight and them overcharging me for their own mistake . First time they said it was fixed, but the warning light came on again next day. The second time, they told me the part was defective, so I left it all day again. Again the check engine light turned on after a couple days. By the third visit, the mechanic willingly admitted they knew I'd be back due to a bad part. Of course no one called me because these people don't care. Still I understood everyone makes mistakes and left the car without any attitude. Shockingly, when I got a call later, the front desk without absolutely any explanation wanted to charge me again for labor and parts. When I explained my frustration, I was told that now they wouldn't fix it EVEN IF I PAID because I expressed dissatisfaction. She said "no we're not fixing it anymore come pick up your car anytime" . I insisted but even though the mechanic said he knew I would be back right in front of her she denied that he said that. I literally had to convince the lady on the phone to take my money so they could fix the car. I couldn't afford another day and having to take it to another shop. I wish I could have. After insisting to please fix my car and take my money, the lady transferred me to maybe the owner or manager that gave me a discount , but I still had to leave the car overnight again. The fact that they charged me after having to take my car 2 extra times for their mistake upsets me but what really got me to write this is how humiliating it was to beg that lady to fix my car. No apology--just a runaround. If you only need an oil change, maybe they're fine, but for anything else, go somewhere else. No professionalism, no accountability, and I was left paying for their mistakes. Avoid them please. They tried claiming the third time I brought it was a separate problem but please look at the attached invoices and look at what was done. If you know anything about cars you know that if they knew what they were doing they would have had me in and out 1 time with 1 payment.
