I came in on 8/9/24 with a tire that needed to be replaced for my daughter's car. Quick, efficient and professional service. Carlos was very quick and helpful in replacing the tire. I did an alignment as well - handled by Randy. Excellent again - quick and detailed. The staff at the checkout counter were very friendly and professional - Justin was very helpful. I was out within the hour and able to start work on time (they open early). Love the vibe here, everyone is so nice and they do great work. Women, do not go here alone. I came here just to pick up tires for my car. When I got there, about 8 men came up to my car trying to "help" me. They immediately started calling me names in spanish and making sexual remarks. One of them actually put his head inside my car window and got close to my face. I put my window up to the point where there was just a small crack in the window, and the same guy opened my door without my permission to get even closer to me. Then he told me he could only help me if I got out of the car and spoke to him that way. The tires that they showed me were very obviously a different size than what they said they were (they literally have numbers on them, and he expected me not to notice?). If you get good tires from here, then good for you. But just keep in mind who you're buying them from. read more

I asked for an alignment , they said they gave it to me and when I drove my car to Orlando it was clearly not aligned. I went back to fix the problem. Exactly what I said they never aligned the car with the new tires that I purchased. A couple days later the car doesn't seem like it's aligned again I can't let go of the wheel without it having a mind of its own the alignment is off again. I honestly don't recommend these people they're quick but they don't know what they're doing I prefer somebody to take their time and to fix my car correctly to know it comes out right. read more

Wow. The service here is impecable. I had a road trip to make tomorrow and unfortunately my girlfriend had forgotten to check her tires etc. I looked around and usually go to Firestone, I had gotten out of work late and headed to firestone so they could check the tires and make sure everything was fine, guy at the front comes out and literally just glanced over the tires, said they're fine and put in some air. (I had told him if there was anything they didn't need to patch it if it was too late, I know what it's like being at work late and wanting to go home) I had my doubts and searched for a ponchero that was still open, and then I found these guys. The owner is an amazingly nice guy and didnt give me a run around and didn't bullshit the service. Guy goes and tells his workers to lift the car, rotate the tires and check for any nails, they didn't mind me watching or looking over which says a lot, they found a nail embedded deep and took it out and patched it and made it like new. From the get go the owner was a super nice down to earth guy, when I asked for prices he was upfront and clear on everything (didn't try to upcharge or anything) the owner clearly gives a damn about his business and that says a lot about their customer service. I recommend them if you need any tires, or any servicing or patching done these guys don't bs and get the job done. (PS it was around 7:20 when I showed up and they were more than happy to help me.) Rude. So I get a nail stuck in my tire during work and I changed it to my spare. I am frantically looking for a place that can help me get the punch from my tire as most places are already closed at the time I get out of work. While looking for tire shops I stumble upon this place. So I called and asked if they take care of punches and at what time they close. A nice front desk lady answers and says that they in fact close at 8. Since it's late in the day (7:25pm when I called) I just asked if they close at 8pm on the dot or not so I would not waste my time in getting there and she again confirmed that yes they do. So when I get there at 7:39pm exactly the guy standing outside with his arms crossed not doing anything looks at me completely upset that I am even pulling into the shop. I asked very nicely where I should park to get a punch looked at and he responds with "were closed already" (at 7:39). Since he is clearly trying to avoid work I asked him for confirmation of when they close and he first says "we closed a while ago". So when I mention that I just called and was told they close at 8 and asked why can't you help me he just looks at me stunned like a deer caught in headlights. I get it, it's late right before your shift ends and you want to go home, but if you are still on the clock why on earth are you going to turn down a customer? I go and ask jagain in case he decides to help me and he just responds with "come back tomorrow at 7am when we open" and just walks away to the back.. I would not recommend this place at all. There are numerous tire shops to choose from and this one should never be a choice. read more
