So I am late to writing this review because I have been so tied up with my move. BUT... every day that I walk into my apartment I think about how lucky I was to have the assistance of USA Removals. I purchased an entire furniture set from Ashley Furniture in San Marcos but they didn't offer delivery for the 8 items. But I was told that they regularly refer customers to USA Removals. As I finished the paperwork, I was introduced to Christian of USA Removals and he was able to quote me on the spot for the delivery. He had mentioned that he would be out of town on the day I needed to have it picked up and delivered but instructed me to contact Michayla to finalize delivery. Confirmed all of the details and on the day of the delivery she kept me in the loop the entire time. This was a daunting delivery due to the distance from the loading area and my apartment which of course is on the 2nd floor and of course is the only unit that has a narrow hallway with stairs leading up to it. As they arrived I learned that Michayla had injured her knee during the load in. But she perseveres and was a trooper and contacted an additional worker to make sure that the delivery was completed. As the day of the pick up of and delivery was my first day at my new apartment, I hadn't even met my neighbor. Michayla was laser focused on making sure the furniture made it inside without being damaged or damaging anything around it. She knocked on my neighbors door to ask if she and the crew might be able to use a couple of feet of her apartment inside her door to maneuver the LARGE couch at the top landing. What a PRO move! The entire process was smooth as can be and the service was beyond what anyone could hope to receive. It's a rarity for people to be as responsive and deliver on the timeliness that I received from the entire team: Michayla, Ernie and Alex. I would trust this family owned and operated with any and all of my moving or delivery needs. They mentioned they have different size vans and trucks and can handle pretty much any job. Thank you! read more

We called, set up an appointment, and the truck arrived on time with 2 friendly guys who quickly carried away our years of chairs, couches and other furniture. Great! We'll use them again for sure. The cost was minimal compared with what they carted away. Phyllis A read more

Highly recommend!! Great service! Christian and his wife are awesome, super responsive and their prices are lower than anyone else we could find to have a couch taken away. They came up to our apartment and got the couch. No bringing down to the curb. Plus they try and repurpose what they get by donating to local churches, Salvation Army, etc. They also put together that hard-to-put-together IKEA furniture that we all love so much! Do yourself a favor and support this great local business!! read more

Christian and Michayla from USA Removals are absolutely fantastic. My husband and I purchased a set of large outdoor furniture with no idea how we were going to get the pieces home. Christian and Michayla were in the store at the same time (moving other furniture) and when we asked if we could hire them to help out, they said yes, of course--and we can do it right now. They actually loaded it up on their truck right then and there and took our new furniture home for us. To top it off, they even helped us hang our 82-inch television on the wall, which wasn't part of the job. We'd just moved to a new place and weren't quite sure how we were going to get the TV up on the wall. These two were an amazing help for us and we'll definitely be using them again in the future. It was the BEST service we've ever experienced. read more

Christian was recommended to me when I was purchasing furniture from a local store. I was purchasing the 'floor' model and needed to have it picked up ASAP. Christian was extremely responsive and both he and his wife went over and above. Not only did they do a great job assembling the furniture (which was not expected), they also handled a very difficult and uncompromising retail store on my behalf. They are professional, experienced and did a great job to make sure I was satisfied. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so and use them again if I have the need. read more
