The end product was amazing. We went from an outdated bathroom to this- it's like living in a spa now! 5 stars recommendation with zero zero reservations. I found New Leaf on Yelp after we learned that my home's crawl space needed some serious work to…read moreget restore insulation, clean up debris left by the previous homeowner, and remediate pest activity/evidence. New Leaf responded to my initial inquiry promptly and sent Shaun out for my estimate. Dispatch left me a message to confirm arrival. Shaun arrived on time and walked me through aspects of the job, and made suggestions to resolve some ancillary concerns we had about pest entry on the property. New Leaf delivered a clear, easy to read estimate via email. I selected New Leaf and we scheduled our appointment. Again, New Leaf called ahead and confirmed our scheduled appointments (Thank you, this goes a long way!). Shaun came out to do some initial pest control work, and then on a second visit came back with a two-person crew. The team laid plastic down in my home so as to not make a mess during the cleanup, and wore PPE for the job. I'm glad the company believes in following precautions for homeowner and employees alike. New Leaf removed all debris, laid a moisture barrier, replaced ventilation piping, replaced insulation, and tidied up items that were hanging too low from the floor above. The situation looks MUCH better. After several hours, the job was complete. I inspected the crawlspace with Shaun, and he did a thorough walkthrough/walkaround of the job site. He was very patience with my many questions, which I appreciate. New Leaf is scheduled to come out in a couple weeks for a follow up appointment/check on the results. I'm happy, and recommend their services.

A hose on our water heater leaked and caused a bunch of dmg on the garage wall. It was a few days…read morebefore we noticed, but because of the hot water, the mold was all over that area. Called Dryworx and my home insurance. They got everything for my insurance company and dealt with them directly. The insurance initially try to say the damage looked to be months old, but Dryworx was able to get enough pictures and proof to show it was only a few days old (hot water made things look like it's been leaking for months). Glad I didn't have to deal with the insurance company alone. Because the issue was behind the water heater, we had to get a plumber involved to move it and Dryworx handled all of that. Drywall was removed, everything was dried over a few days, then patched up. Looks good as new. Better even. I had to change the payment method on them a few times and they were very accommodating. Everything was easy to schedule, everyone was always on time and didn't leave any messes or damaged anything. All in all, glad I found them on here. Thank you, Dryworx!

After that other contract was over I found a pest control company the right way- I did an internet search and found a few candidates and read some reviews, and concluded that Aspen looked like the best prospect. Since then they've done a pest control service visit four times a year and I have had very little problem with any pests during that time. It's always hard to know for sure how much it's helping because you don't know how well it would be going if you didn't have the service, but it has been going well and I have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly attitude of the Aspen personnel.
