FALSE ADVERTISING!! I drove all the way to this store just to be told the price they advertised online would not be honored! When you go to their website and go under services you have to enter what device you have to get the correct pricing. I was getting my iPhone XR screen repaired which was advertised as being on sale for $79.99. So you can imagine my surprise when the employee Osama tells me it is $125! I said but online it says $79.99 and rude as heck he says "well it's 125" and I'm like I just drive 40 minutes because of the price you advertised online and now it's $125?!! Then I say well guess I won't get my phone fixed and nonchalantly he's like "okay" didn't bother him one bit. I'm extremely upset but remained calm so I don't come off as a " angry" bw. I say " so your not going to honor your price"? This man says the price online is old and he " don't know why that price if still up" im like how am I supposed to know the price is old? Then I ask to speak with the manager and Osama calls someone he says is the owner of the store but before he puts me on the phone he's speaking to the guy in Arabic which is unprofessional because I have no clue what your telling him. I speak Spanish would not speak Spanish in a professional setting in front of non-Spanish speaking customers because people will always assume you are speaking negatively. The guy on the phone says the best he can do I $115 and throw in a free tempered glas which I didn't realize at the time was just a screen protector... I already have one and the one they put on is cracked on the corner. US Wireless Repair - Pricing - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Windsor Mill, Maryland

When dropped my phone off on Sunday (12/08/19), I was told the part was going to be in store with in 1-2 business days. I was cool with it. When I called after the Wednesday (12/11/19), I was told the part had to come from LG so it was going to take an extra day. I was cool with that too because I understand about warehousing parts. I called today (12/12/19) and the phone still isn't ready. I was told it may be ready tonight or tomorrow. I'm not cool with that at all. When I walked in on Sunday, I told the sales person, it was going to take a week. They told me no, it wouldn't but yet here we are coming up on a week. I want money off for this because they never should have told me that it was only going to take a day or two. I was told the price was going to be $80, if the phone isn't ready by tonight I'm going to fight to only by $40 or $20 because this isn't right. The people are nice but it would have been great if they would have called me to let me know what is going on with my phone. ugh!!! i will just learn how to put my phone screens on from here on out. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I utilized this establishment to repair my sons iPad battery and when I received the iPad the battery died immediately. Took it back they finally attempted to replace the battery and damaged the screen. He said he would replace the screen free of charge. I've waited a month and a half and still haven't received the iPad back he Kept sayin he was waiting for the screen just to lie and say the replacement screen isn't working and I'm 100% sure this is a lie because that's all they do. I've been here 7 times in 2 months for an iPad to not be fixed. On top of that every-time I'm here it's someone complaining about the the terrible repair job they were given. I also dropped off my sons Nintendo switch lite the same day I dropped off the iPad and he replaced the broken joystick and it's still not functional. And I haven't been given a refund. Do not go here. The owner makes it seem like it's your fault they do not offer great service. This place needs to be shut down !!! read more

THIS STORE WILL REPORT YOUR HONEST REVIEWS AS FAKE, SO BE AWARE OF THE ONES YOU CAN SEE. I recently had my LCD screen fixed on my Samsung 3 Note. Yes, the phone is old, but I wanted all the pictures I had in it. One day the LCD went out and of course I could see nothing in the phone. I took the phone into the US Wireless Repair and was quoted a price of $150.00 to fix the LCD. I dropped the phone off and picked it up on January 5, 2019. I was told not to worry about the repair, because I had a 6 month warranty. This is the another reason I went ahead and had the phone fixed. Fast forward. On January 31, 2019, I was at work and grabbed the phone to go to lunch and realized the LCD screen was again not working. I called US Wireless and asked them to please order another LCD in order to save time. I was to expect a call back in 30 minutes. I did not get the call back and called him back in 90 minutes. To me that was a bad sign already. I took the phone into the store and the guy, I think is the owner, took the phone from my hands, laughed at me and accused me of dropping the phone. He said he could see "internal cracks" and therefore I dropped it. The phone is over 5 years old, so I have dropped that phone too many times to count over the years. I am saying that any "internal cracks b.s" he had were from extremely old cracks! He said this to get out the warranty. I argued and expressed my review for about 30 minutes only to be laughed out the store and accused of lying. I also want to add again this phone is over 5 years old and when I took it into the store it had a screen that had been cracked for over 3 years and worked perfectly up until the day the LCD burned out! I get this phone fixed at the tune of $150.00 and only 26 days later the LCD is out again. This means that the work this store did was cheap and carrying the phone in a purse, or texting on it caused the screen to go out. The Samsung screen took a beating and kept on ticking for years. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE FOR THE FAKE WARRANTY PROMISE. They say this only to get your money and once you pay and have a problem, they will laugh you out the store like they did me. I opened up a case with the BBB Case # 36150822. I will not be taken advantage of and my hard owned money WILL NOT GO down the tube without a fight. You could get lucky and the repair works for you, but just understand that if it does not, there is no warranty and the owner will lie, cheat and steal to keep your money. He will argue that the broken phone is your fault. A ghost must have dropped it. Honestly, this is what he told me, a ghost must have dropped it, because it had been dropped in the last 26 days. Yes, there are most likely "old internal cracks" in my old phone. I must have dropped that phone over a hundred times in the last 5 years, but I dropped it zero times between January 5, 2019 and January 31, 2019. I also had a good case and a screen protector on the front glass the day I left the store. I do not agree with stores that strive to cheat you out of your money. He looked me in the eye and told me I needed to pay again, if I wanted my phone fixed. What kind of crap is this? At this point, I want a full refund. I do not want this store to fix anything else for me using cheap material from China that makes the device so fragile, you cant even touch it, lol.
