We've had our storage unit for several months now. Recently, we needed to switch the type of unit we have. The transition was easy. It's run by a husband and wife team. We've dealt with both. They have been very helpful and courteous. Prices are comparable if not cheaper than other places in the area. If looking for a unit, worth checking out!

I mean United States veteran and I was totally disrespected the worst I've ever been by Colleen her husband on the other hand was very respectful and good customer service!! Now granite I'm not going to say that I was the perfect tenant because I was there a little bit too long but I was working the whole time I was there and she said that I was sleeping overnight which was not the case and she also went into my unit without me in there because I didn't lock my unit the right way so she decided that she would take it upon herself to go inside of it which is totally illegal, worst storage facility I ever rented from, and will never rent from them again, and advise other people not to rent there

Weeks later, got an email saying I stayed too long overnight and was threatened with losing 24-hour access -- despite the facility advertising 24/7/365 gate access in writing, on their site and in their own emails. Then came a rent increase notice from $102 to $215/month, more than double. My partner won't even go back during business hours after how Colleen treated her. Found comparable climate-controlled storage elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Disappointing after such a strong start.

A $40 rental turned into $1300 plus tax (for a total of $1534) after they charged me for a "cracked odometer." Absolute and complete LIE!! We all know that there is NO WAY we cracked an odometer. They are SCAMMERS AND LIARS. Fortunately we used our American Express to pay the bill. They can expect a fight to the end. They will NEVER see the money and will never get our business again. We have used multiple other UHaul locations over the years, and never had an issue until we used this location due to it's proximity to the ping pong table. What a terrible excuse for a business. They don't deserve to carry the UHaul name. This is 100% FRAUD.

My storage in on the underground level and it SMELLS of BO BAD not to mention I can't access my OWN storage most of the time because THE HOMELESS people across from me just have all their stuff laying around. The WORST part is at night they WAIT for you to open the gate to leave so every time I leave they RUSH next to me it's scary I've almost called the police because they literally rushed to the gate as I was trying to leave one night. If you rent a space here just be aware of you're surrounding. I intend on moving else where I DO NOT feel safe here at all!!!!
