Their reason was that I didn't purchase separate insurance to cover this cost. During the 45 minutes I was in the store completing the transaction no one ever explained that these costs were not covered by the insurance I had already purchased, nor was I offered the option to purchase this additional insurance. Unfortunately, I now have no recourse to collect the $388. I will never use this store again for any shipping or other needs. FYI - I have never posted anything less than a 5 star review.
