As I don't drive I needed to have a ride to the new address. My ride couldn't do the later time so I had to scramble to find another. It's now 2:45 and no truck. When I called a got a very calm person who began to explain why they were late. I told him I don't want explanations or excuses so he offered to call the whole thing off. I was almost speechless as I'm under a deadline. Would not recommend them: not reliable.
