Dispatch kept me abreast of pick up status and driver called to tell me I was next for delivery. The dispatch person and driver who picked up the items went the extra mile to pick up in what turned out to be a driveway that big trucks can't access. Yet the driver made it happen. The sender shipped items loose and Ross even palletized and shrink wrapped to keep protected. This high level of service is so rare today that I felt I had to make note of it!
