Mail is still getting delivered. Ive gone in almost every day to collect my mail in hopes they have my mail/packages. No mail. Postmaster met me at my apt to collect my package today, no package in sight. However she did find my missing mail in someone else's mailbox. Surprise, surprise. (Refer to my previous review). I filed a complaint last week because I am tired of this mail carrier (her name is Melissa) continuing to leave my mail or not delivering it to the post office per my mail hold & per our conversation--she knows for 2 weeks now. I even spoke with her IN PERSON regarding the issue with my mail hold. I asked if I can have my mail last week and she said I need to get ahold of my property manager to get a key made and that she can't give me my mail. (With the address matching my ID.) I just want my mail. Luckily my credit card was retrieved from someone else's mailbox today. (thanks to the post master who has been very helpful in the past).

When buying online I usually have the put the Ste 206 on the same line as my house number because this is how it's done up here since it's all post office boxes. HOWEVER, some websites don't allow you to add the Ste 206 or will cancel it out after entering it. When I asked your staff what to do about that It was YOUR staff who said ok to put 92549-0206 in the zip code box and the -0206 is suppose to be my post office box number and would be sufficient! Well guess what I did just that!!!!! I put 92549-0206 in the zip code and your crazy staff sent my package back to the sender!!!! Look on the photos I've uploaded to this review!!! There is NO EXCUSE FOR YOUR STAFF TO KEEP SCREWING UP MY MAIL! This is the FIFTH time now! I'M the one who then has to PAY shipping TWICE BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE KEEPS MESSING IT UP! They definitely take care of packages. When needed if the package is too big they usually give you a key or you get a yellow slip with your PO Box number on it which you have to show ID but it makes sense for them to check your ID they just want to make sure that it's not the wrong person breaking into your PO Box and stealing your packages.

I wouldn't have found this place if the library wasn't closed on Fridays, but I'm so glad the universe brought me to this place. The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. Sending prints via email was simple and easy (unlike the library's print kiosk system). I was able to get my shipping label quickly and found out that it was no charge since it's a shipping label. The least I could do was leave a review and provide the community with feedback of my experience. Thanks again Copy Center Plus.
