At least 3 times since I've moved here, I've had to go in to the post office to trace my package. Three times already, I've had to re order debit cards because she delivers to either another mailbox, or who knows where. I've even seen neighbors mail on the floor before like she dropped it & just didn't bother to pick it up. Not sure how hard it is for her to do her job, but maybe she should retire or find a job she CAN do.

I understand businesses charge for services, but nearly $4? The service here is actually better than most post offices I've been living near this post office…read morefor almost 5 years. They have grown so much since I've moved here. They definitely take care of packages. When needed if the package is too big they usually give you a key or you get a yellow slip with your PO Box number on it which you have to show ID but it makes sense for them to check your ID they just want to make sure that it's not the wrong person breaking into your PO Box and stealing your packages.
