Multiple requests have been made to delivery items I know have come to the DHS post office for me, because I receive informed delivery notifications every day. The supervisor, Javier, claims to have personally handed my mail to the carrier--whose name supervisor refuses to disclose--and assured me that the following day all my mail would be delivered. No one else has tampered with my mail, as I have kept an eye out waiting for carrier, who is apparently withholding/stealing or otherwise tampering with my mail, including a copy of a deed to real estate property, my election ballot, and various other important documents, per my daily USPS informed delivery email.

He's always through his route at the same pace every time! The african america guy (whose name I regretfully forgot) is always on top of things. Intercepting a package worked a couple of times, which I feel like is hard to do when you're serving an expanding city. I'm grateful to them. The receptionists are pretty patient and don't make me feel bad when I inadvertently give them extra work. The lobby is kept clean and tweaker-free 99% of the time which is hard to do in this state. It's never too busy really, either. They're also open on Saturdays which is a perk to the consumers. They also have supplies available quite often.

Postmaster met me at my apt to collect my package today, no package in sight. However she did find my missing mail in someone else's mailbox. Surprise, surprise. (Refer to my previous review). I filed a complaint last week because I am tired of this mail carrier (her name is Melissa) continuing to leave my mail or not delivering it to the post office per my mail hold & per our conversation--she knows for 2 weeks now. I even spoke with her IN PERSON regarding the issue with my mail hold. I asked if I can have my mail last week and she said I need to get ahold of my property manager to get a key made and that she can't give me my mail. (With the address matching my ID.) I just want my mail. Luckily my credit card was retrieved from someone else's mailbox today. (thanks to the post master who has been very helpful in the past).

They definitely take care of packages. When needed if the package is too big they usually give you a key or you get a yellow slip with your PO Box number on it which you have to show ID but it makes sense for them to check your ID they just want to make sure that it's not the wrong person breaking into your PO Box and stealing your packages.
