When I asked if he could do a few extra services, he didn't really respond, just looked at me and said, "We're really busy." I asked why, and he replied, "Because I have a lot of clothes, can't you see?" It came off as rude and dismissive. He didn't offer any recommendations or try to be helpful in any way. The whole time it felt like I was bothering him just by being there. Definitely not coming back, this was by far the worst experience I've had at an alterations place.
