This place is the best laundromat I've been to! I don't know when they remodeled this place, but it seems brand new. The machines are very fast and efficient. No spotty wash cycles. Your clothing is sufficiently soaked and clean. There are a ton of washers and dryers too. The laundry carts are new looking. I really appreciated the cashless option to pay too. Quick and easy. The default for my delicate wash load was 18 minutes for $3.75. The default to dry for my load was $2.75 for 30 minutes. Not bad! Tv, snack and drink vending machines, attendant with supplies, and little toy vending machines. Parking out front next to Family Dollar. Starbucks across the street.

See you next time Alamo!

I wouldn't have found this place if the library wasn't closed on Fridays, but I'm so glad the universe brought me to this place. The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. Sending prints via email was simple and easy (unlike the library's print kiosk system). I was able to get my shipping label quickly and found out that it was no charge since it's a shipping label. The least I could do was leave a review and provide the community with feedback of my experience. Thanks again Copy Center Plus.

The boots are discontinued, so the damage is permanent. What frustrated me most wasn't just the damage, but how everything was handled. I sent a detailed message with before and after photos, and it was completely ignored. After 6 days, I had to follow up before Kayleen finally got back to me. She even acknowledged that my first message hadn't been responded to. During our call, I was told they used the gentlest cleaning solution possible and believed the damage was a manufacturer defect. I understand accidents can happen, but if the design was coming off during the cleaning, I believe the process should have been stopped and I should have been contacted before they continued. I never had the chance to make that decision. After reiterating their policy, they refunded the $30.90 cleaning fee, which I appreciate, but there was no accountability for the permanent damage to my boots. After I shared my feedback, I was told, "Thanks for the lesson," and then referred to another cobbler. I hope this experience helps improve their communication with future customers because I can't recommend this business based on how my situation was handled.

Mail is still getting delivered. Ive gone in almost every day to collect my mail in hopes they have my mail/packages. No mail. Postmaster met me at my apt to collect my package today, no package in sight. However she did find my missing mail in someone else's mailbox. Surprise, surprise. (Refer to my previous review). I filed a complaint last week because I am tired of this mail carrier (her name is Melissa) continuing to leave my mail or not delivering it to the post office per my mail hold & per our conversation--she knows for 2 weeks now. I even spoke with her IN PERSON regarding the issue with my mail hold. I asked if I can have my mail last week and she said I need to get ahold of my property manager to get a key made and that she can't give me my mail. (With the address matching my ID.) I just want my mail. Luckily my credit card was retrieved from someone else's mailbox today. (thanks to the post master who has been very helpful in the past).
