There is a employee there named Paul who thinks he runs the place and is incredibly snotty, rude, condescending, and basically just a know at all. I've had encounters with him before. I made a complaint and talked to some gal at that Branch over the phone, and then I reached out to operations management which Jessica provided me with the email. After I told him my story he never ever ever responded. This is our postal service at work, you got to employee who most likely runs customers away, and an operations manager who doesn't return emails. This is why nobody wants to use USPS, they would rather use UPS and FedEx who are in my experience over the years the friendliest nicest people you could ever work with. My turn came quick and I was created with a smile and a very helpful individual. My package was reported as "out for delivery" on a truck yesterday. I waited all day. At the end of business they sent a message that it wouldn't be delivered till today. It is again "out for delivery" and says it will be delivered between 9-1pm. I tried calling, I tried writing to make sure it will be delivered otherwise I need to pick it up early tomorrow so I can travel with it. No resolution other than "wait and see if it's delivered". The ratings are for the service itself and it doesn't seem they've addressed it in any way. Have had zero issues with UPS, USPS and all other delivery services. Always issues with delayed deliveries from FedEx once the packages arrive at facility for delivery in Oregon.

After attempting to go to different Post Office locations with long lines out the door and no parking, I made a decision to drive by my local UPS store to assess the situation. They had parking which was my first green flag, and when I walked in, there was no line! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes and the price to ship UPS 2-3 days, was actually the same, if not a couple bucks cheaper than priority USPS! So happy I made the decision to come here.
