They tested the old one and told me where I could find a new one just like it but they had a used one so I took it and have not been disappointed. By the way PGE paid for it! The owners of Right On are cordial, respectful, and take their time to explain the issues. Also, they quoted me a price for their refurbished monitor which was about 50% of the price I could find online.

The staff seem to genuinely care for my baby, which is nice. I really like having the app to see what's going on throughout the day, though it's only as good as the events logged by the staff. Getting several pictures of my baby every day when they are at daycare makes being apart a little easier. In my five months as a customer so far, there has been one misunderstanding about dates the nursery was open/closed due to inconsistent materials on the holiday schedule, and there has been one morning when no one was on site to take care of the children when the center opened, and one of the parents had to call Christina to let her know about the issue, and so we had to just wait there in the lobby with our kiddos until someone arrived (bless you, Kathy!). This is not easy work, so I would say the cost is justified. I'm really grateful for the care my child has received from the staff here and look forward to continuing to partner with them in caring for my child when I am unable to do so myself.
