One box had 2 ceramic 18 inch angels and both were broken. The box itself was fine. The angels had been wrapped once with a fine bubble wrap and a small sheet of flat bubble wrap between them. They obviously bumped against each other the whole way. When I called her about it she claimed she'd wrapped hundreds of boxes and never made mistakes. She said "someone" must have dropped them after they were delivered and broke them. I was the only one handling the boxes and the items and I could hear they were broken the minute I picked them up even before unwrapping them! She refused to take any blame.
