He told me if I can sell 200 books, I would get my initial investment back for publishing the book. After I started it, the entire processes, I had to do all the works, their editor made the first recommendation for me book where I should change, but it doesn't make any senses, so I tried to change all the recommendations that they made, then, they basically just agreed everything that I had change, on top of that, there was no spelling check and grammars correction. At the end, I just changed everything back to it was, and they didn't make any comments or suggestions, I don't believe that the editor had ever looked at my book after the very first time. Then I was the one doing all the book selling, after sold for more than 50 copies, my total loyalty was $279. The only good experience was working with Leigh who was assigned working with me for my book publishing. She is a great person to work with. My suggestion for the book publishing, you don't need any expensive book publisher, they will not do anything for you, so if you want to publish a book, try to find the cheapest the one, because, at the end, you will have to do everything yourself.

A lady came and claimed she fixed it. Yet it still didn't work. Long story short the lady calls her boss (the owner) and they come. My mom tells him the problem. And the owner calls her a liar. Saying that it works perfectly fine. He tried saying she overloaded the washer. And that he bets it will work fine once her clothes are out. So he tries the washer out. He puts money in it. The washer goes on for 20 mins and no water has come out. So no my mom did not over load the washer. Something is wrong with it and he thinks it's fine. But thankfully he still refunded her 8 dollars she used in the wash.

I have been attending this fair for 20+ years, and it is one of the biggest and best agricultural…read morecounty fairs in the state. From animals, to rides, food vendors and exhibits, music, and demolition derbies, this fair basically has it all. If I had one complaint, it would be that the musical concerts are almost always the same genre, and focus mostly on country music, and not enough on rock n roll. Over the years, I have seen acts, such as Brad Paisley, and one of the few non-country shows I saw were Jars of Clay, but mostly there are bands that I have no interest in seeing, as I prefer Blugrass and Rock over top-pop-radio-country. Other than that, this fair is one of the best, and I enjoy attending for at least a day or two (sometimes more) every August. I have even won several ribbons here over the years for entering my vegetables, and have won lots of Blue Ribbons for my garlic entries over the years. Cheers!

Consequently the Salvo has to pay their employees almost a liveable wage- so yes it has gotten more pricey than 3 or 4 years ago...but almost retail... oh hell No. My daughter and I go 2 times a month and the experience is usually worth half of what I pay... and then I still get to go use the items. People watching is key here - it's usually a trip! Terrible Christian music usually playing - bring your own headphones. Store is clean for a thrift store. Very well organized. Good selection of men's clothes - which isn't always a thing at thrift stores. Decent art and game sections. Always some off the wall shit to make you scratch your head. Worth the trip.
