I work the same time…read morethat they have office hours and I understand they are scheduling a few weeks out but I would not have purchased the package if I knew I could not get a timely and accommodating appointment. If one pays extra, cant they fit me in even if its after hours??

horrible customer service spent almost 10,000 with this company ..and comes time for them to come…read moreout and inspect there work waited over 4 hours !! ..called talk to owner was just given excuses like there time is more valuable than there customers ..like I told him made a BAD decision in choseing this company don't make same excuse! shop around!
