The staff is friendly, professional, and they take pride in their work, which many places nowadays don't. We just had 10 inches of snow the night prior and they still showed up next day and even replaced central air!! Best HVAC company around! read more

Gault Heating provided me with remarkable service. Saturday at 7 pm I had no heat. I called Gault and a tech was at my house within the hour. He was able to get the furnace running but I needed a new furnace. Ed told me that if it broke down again during the weekend to call and he would try to get it working again. He said he would have Joe call Monday morning about a new furnace. Monday at 8:30 am Joe called and was at my home at 9. The details were discussed and the furnace was installed Tuesday. During this process everyone that I spoke to was professional, answered all my questions and did a neat job with the installation. A week later Joe came back to make sure that I am satisfied. I am more than satisfied. From start to finish I can't say enough about the customer service and of course, my new Lennox furnace. read more

I called called Galt heating and cooling and told them that my heat pump was not wired up to run and I asked them if they would come out to check it out. They told me it would be $50 to just step foot on my property. So I agreed to that. The next day a guy came out and was acting like he was diagnosing the problem(even though I told him that the heat pump was not wired up). Every time I asked him a heating and cooling question he told me he didn't know the answers to my questions but that I could call company back in 3 months when it warms up and ask to have his boss come to my house to answer my question and to give me an estimate as to how much it would cost me since he wasn't able to deliver on any answers or a estimate. My air handeler is in the attic and the guy told me he was not going to look at it. As it was to difficult for him to get into the attic. After non of my questions answered and no estimate wrote out a bill for me to pay $70 with a diagnosistics fee tacked on. After waiting 20 mins for him to figure out on his phone how to take a payment, I gave him my card. The next day I dawned on me that I was truly cheated out of $70 I called Galt heating and cooling and talked to the guy that came to my house the day before. And told him how I felt cheated. He got kinda aggressive on the phone and said "well if you want your money back that's fine because Galt heating and cooling doesn't want or need your money. And why don't you do us a favor and burn our telephone number." all I said after that was ok. I was at a loss of words and I was truly embrassed for him and his lack of professionalism he had and the image he portrayed for his company. It is clear that I will never deal with this company every again and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more
