Bob has been out when then them is below zero at 4 in the morning to repair the heat when it went down. This is a family owned business and they know what they are doing. When there is a problem they work to get to the source and have you up and running ASAP.. We have never been over charged, even when they came out Christmas Morning and fixed a broken water line that wasn't even to the boiler, it was broken behind a wall and a panicked person called at 4 AM. We trust them to enter the buildings on their own and do what needs done. Our Condo Board trust no one but Dieter's to keep our 60 units heated.
