This is a fantastic company!!! Enbridge Gas Company left me without being able to relight my…read moreboiler after nearly 12 hours without heat with an outside temp of only 24 Degrees. I called Thompson and Dwayne was here in 20 minutes, found the problem and had my heat on with in another 20 minutes. I had tried several other companies that advertise 24/7 service, but they wouldn't come out immediately. Enbridge was no help at all. However, Thompson Mechanical got the heat back on and all is fine. Dwayne was fast, friendly, extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional, even though he had to get out of bed and come to my home after already working over a 12 hour day! I cannot say enough for Dwayne and Thompson Mechanical! They are affordable, dependable and reliable - worth every penny!!!

Bad service, poor testing and training. Called about coin unit dripping water into the blower…read moreunit. Technician arrived looked at the unit and inside said I needed a 2 drain line. DID NOT even turn on the unit to see the problem! Did not check the coolant pressure to see how much charge it had. Had me turn on the unit, it ran for about 15 minutes. Had cold air at the duct and no water dripping. So he left. at 1 hour water was all over the floor and furnace unit. He did nothing and charged me $300 for 1 new drain line.
