Okey done at the cost of $589. with "working better". After using it 9-10 times that fall I covered it for winter. On 4/14-15/26 I turned it back on, fan worked but "NO AIR". Called Pro Air on 4/17 and told they would get back. Have not heard from Pro Air by the 22nd (Wonder why, must not need the business) I called back and got Mark, I explained "NO cold air'. He said he would come out but there would be a service charge $139. I ask why he would not check the lines for leaks? He said that could take hours??? Not very good customer service, like a money grab? Getting a new AC but FOR SURE, Pro Air will near see it. In the end Pro Air losses.

We have never been over charged, even when they came out Christmas Morning and fixed a broken water line that wasn't even to the boiler, it was broken behind a wall and a panicked person called at 4 AM. So our credit card needed to be replaced and the number changed. We have called them 3 times left messages and never got a response! We are trying to give them money and they won't call us !
