Plumbing: they sent a plumber to simply change a cartridge in my shower faucet. After 7 hours, and still hooking it up wrong, they charged me $700. Furnace: i have been having furnace issues and scheduled them to come for repairs. A couple hours before my appointment they called to cancel because they had calls that were more important to get to, and then told me that they couldn't reschedule me because they were booked. I will never use this company again and suggest that you stay far away!
