Holten came out and I explained what was going on with the basement bathroom. We walked around talking about different way to figure out what was causing the smell and he "I'm going to just walk around and check things out" within 1 minute he yelled out "found it". Under the sink in the bathroom and vent check valve was missing. The contractor plumber never installed it when the house was built 2 years ago. He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. They took most of the summer to fix it while we lived in a hotel and did a crap job. They didn't even paint everything like they were supposed to in the living room or stairwell. The floor they put in is already cracked in multiple places throughout the living room and dinning room. The grout in the bathroom floor is coming up. Overall it looks worse after their "fix" than it did before the incident. Again, I wish I could give a lower rating. I HIGHLY recommend you consider another company. We definitely got screwed.
