One customer had difficulty with machine she was immediately helpful and boom line is two gentleman ahead of me quickly was finished my turn I was trying to return a package to Amazon asked if I had a return label and asked if I had Amazon on my phone. Quick trip to car and returned with phone. After a few seconds my ineptitude she politely asked for the phone A few seconds later the package is ready for return and I have a receipt. I felt so wonderful that this process was expedited and the lady was so helpful to this very Senior customer

"It's a scam!" They claim to be a Fed Ex affiliate but they are a subcontractor to FedEx. That…read moremeans they can charge whatever they want and there is no set price. For example,it cost 200 dollars to send a car computer part to California, but the company sending the part back using FedEx office (an official drop off center) charged me 77 dollars for the exact same service back! Stay away! Use the Albany drop off center- quicker and cheaper. Also the UPS depot in Kingston is much cheaper. Stay away!
