Well the biggest thing is to get here when there's not a line. Every single time I've gone, and I have guiding employees that seem very interested in giving me good customer service. So if you have come in and you weren't happy because you got stuck in a line yeah, you're going to have to come back at a different time or just swing the line like the rest of us. Maybe they can fix the bottlenecks when the groups come in, I don't know if that's scheduling when they know people are getting out of work and about to come in or on their way to work or on lunch breaks I'd have to pay attention to the times that I come when there is a big line.
