Unlike other UPS Stores I've been to, this location seems to always have at least two employees working, sometimes three, to keep things moving. They do have an Amazon self-serve return kiosk, so that also helps. Good location for me, so I'll keep using them. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. I literally asked the owner a question, who told me to go to the front office lady , who told me to go to the HR lady, who told me to to go to my immediate supervisor who told me to go back to the owner. I don't think anyone could answer any of my questions. It took me several emails to get ahold of HR for several questions. The icing on the cake? A week before Thanksgiving they let us out early and then never called us back into work for FOUR DAYS! I told my leader if they were letting me go or if I had to put in my 2 weeks notice. They never got back to me about my job. Very cool ! Don't work here if you're a male who is even decent at working because they will make you feel like you know absolutely nothing.

Many of the companies seem to contract out services- but with Moving Connections they have their own people so you can trust that what they say is what they will do. Our moving team Joshua and Cody worked so efficiently to load us up and make certain everything was packed safely and securely, and then drove it all to Portland and carefully unloaded it at our new house. A third member, Josh, worked in Salt Lake to pack our art collection perfectly- and everything arrived at the destination with no damage at all. There were a lot of elements to our move that needed extra coordinating, and Joshua and Cody not only managed it all extremely well, but they were so pleasant and kind throughout that it really helped us through what would otherwise have been a much more stressful process. They did a walkthrough at the end to make certain nothing was left undone, and even helped with a few extras that insured unpacking would go much more smoothly for us.
