On Monday morning there was still no record via the Fedex tracking website. So I contacted the receiving party to inform them what was going on. Later that evening it finally showed on the Fedex tracking website. This was my second time with less than stellar customer service at this location, thus prompting this review. Their lack of communication is frustrating. Leaving $700 dollars of merchandise without getting a receipt is unacceptable. I was stuck leaving it there because of my timeframe, but I will not use this place again.

Granted, our move is a big one (California to Montana) and the quote came back high but was not too far off from two other moving companies (national moving companies). After we closed on our house in Montana, we realized that we would not be able to take everything we had planned so we went back to them and asked to remove a considerable amount of stuff and requote and it came back as $4100 more than the original quote that I signed. The explanation was that they had used the wrong contract when they originally quoted us. This makes me question the reliability of the estimation process. Sadly, I used another local agency for our out of state move and hope that they look at their processes going forward.
