Except for when the mail truck knocked over my original mail box, and required me to get a new one (I shared the post that the two boxes sit on with my neighbor), my mail delivery has been great. It is a truly tiny post office. The parking lot is practically non-existent, but you can park on the street near by. Usually there is only one Postal worker, but they are very friendly and make a good effort to get what you need. I actually don't go inside this Post Office too much, but instead use the incredibly handy outside mail box. The mail gets picked up at 1pm most days and has proven to be very fast and reliable in getting the mail where it is going.

She now refuses to take Amazon returns during a certain timeframe and days. She says UPS is making her drown by forcing her to take Amazon returns. She indicates she's there till 10pm nightly because of paperwork. All while the customer is like well sorry this is where Amazon listed (Only place in Morro Bay). I walked out and didn't even bother. I would rather taking my UPS business elsewhere for all needs, not just my Amazon returns. During the rant she stated she has to sale now, I look forward to new owners!!

Today as I entered, there was a man sitting across the counter (yes, you read that right) reading a cutting board that the store was selling. The cashier continued to scroll through her phone. I was the only other person in the store, so there was not a line. I waited for a few minutes, and I finally interrupted the cutting board reading / cell phone scrolling to ask where to place my ready-to-go package. Granted, our move is a big one (California to Montana) and the quote came back high but was not too far off from two other moving companies (national moving companies). After we closed on our house in Montana, we realized that we would not be able to take everything we had planned so we went back to them and asked to remove a considerable amount of stuff and requote and it came back as $4100 more than the original quote that I signed. The explanation was that they had used the wrong contract when they originally quoted us. This makes me question the reliability of the estimation process. Sadly, I used another local agency for our out of state move and hope that they look at their processes going forward.
