I was ready to cancel & just purchase it from my store cuz they finally got it in their store! Anyway.... Until our post office here, in Paso Robles California got involved. They have actually called me to update me twice Matt the supervisor here at the post office just called me to tell me that my package was on its way! She complimented us for being prepared with the paperwork: having documents and their copies ready. However, we forgot our checkbook and realized it after travelling half way to here from the Bay Area, but she hooked us up with a money order with a minimal fee (make sure you have a debit card or cash on hand). Apparently, it's the 21st century but the US Department of State still does not accept any form of electronic payment while the US Postal Service does. Need to have your photo taken for the passport? Done: $15 for 2. Need to entertain your little ones while getting paperwork done? They can peruse through a pirate treasure chest provided by Sharwna to find their loot. Attentive and friendly service with a smile? Yes and yes! You'll be walking out of there with a smile on your face, at least we were, after having such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to anyone who need to get their passport done in person to take visit to this location. Bonus: The Brown Butter Cookie Company is nearby for a treat.

Except for when the mail truck knocked over my original mail box, and required me to get a new one (I shared the post that the two boxes sit on with my neighbor), my mail delivery has been great. It is a truly tiny post office. The parking lot is practically non-existent, but you can park on the street near by. Usually there is only one Postal worker, but they are very friendly and make a good effort to get what you need. I actually don't go inside this Post Office too much, but instead use the incredibly handy outside mail box. The mail gets picked up at 1pm most days and has proven to be very fast and reliable in getting the mail where it is going.

We have a list of things posted in store of what we are unable to do as a contracted post office. Furthermore we do not deliver your packages ourselves, the post office we are contracted through USPS 800 6th street paso robles CA 93446, does all the delivery for us. If you do have a complaint about your delivery please take it up with them at 805-237-8342. Lastly our main company is NCI Affiliates, we work as a training program to train adults with disabilities on how to work a thrift store and post office job so please have patience with our individuals. After making several attempts to get in contact with the person who had received it, Dante personally went to the address, retrieved my package, and then hand-delivered it to me at my place of employment. The final day I could ship them was on a Monday. So I dropped them off the Friday before at about 5pm ish. I was told to "Just leave them on the counter." I placed them on the counter and asked for a receipt. I was told, "If you want a receipt, you can take a picture." I found this odd, but I took the picture. On Monday morning there was still no record via the Fedex tracking website. So I contacted the receiving party to inform them what was going on. Later that evening it finally showed on the Fedex tracking website. This was my second time with less than stellar customer service at this location, thus prompting this review. Their lack of communication is frustrating. Leaving $700 dollars of merchandise without getting a receipt is unacceptable. I was stuck leaving it there because of my timeframe, but I will not use this place again.
