The lines can get a bit long here, but today I was in and out in less than 10 mins on a Friday afternoon. The man at the counter was polite & nice, and the area was clean and organized. They also have more cards, envelopes, and other shipping items to purchase here than the Hudson Falls location so that's more convenient too.

Twice in the last 2 months they have messed up my hold mail and have not delivered my mail as they promised. This is despite the fact that the USPS, the day before the hold ends, sends me an email saying that my mail will be delivered the next day. Each time I have to contact them and ask for my mail. I end up getting my mail a few days late, and that has been a problem with some time sensitive letters. No one has ever apologized, which would have gone a long way. I understand that mistakes happen, but you should own it. If you are going out of town, do not bother with a hold request because they cannot handle that service. Ask a neighbor to pick up your mail.
