He hurled insults at me as I walked out the door. It's sad to see what this business has become. It is without any inventory of new equipment and is a dealer for no brand. Given Mike's extremely unpleasant behavior, there's just no reason to do business there, and plenty of reason not to.

He's very smart and has a way of figuring things out - both a sense for what might be wrong and the ability to keep trying when it's tricky and the first thing isn't it. I appreciate his intuition coupled with tenacity. I probably need to call him again soon because one of my appliances is acting up again. His service area is limited, so I am lucky to live where I do. It was hard at first to find someone when I moved from the city and did not understand the scarcity of people to help with pretty much everything around the house in this rural area.
