    Once again at the post office. I continue to receive prompt, professional, and courteous service from these agents. Don't know why others rate it so low, but that doesn't seem justified in my experience.

    Went on a Saturday morning around 9am. It wasn't to bad. There were 5 people in line. I used the kiosk to print out mailing labels for 2 MED flat-rate priority boxes. Then I printed out stamps from kiosk so I didn't need to stand in line. It was fairly easy as boxes are prices on shelf. There was only 3 of us using kiosk and we all used it at different times so no one has to wait for the other. 5 Stars for being able to do what I needed to do and not have any set backs.

    Worst service with this located. On their website said that you can generated you label at Home and print it at in-store but I went to go get my label print at the counter, the man at the counter wont print Go with fedex or ups they will print your lables at the counter without any issues. Won't ship with USPS again

Then, come to find out that most photo machines like the ones at CVS don't recognize PDF. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited. What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.

    Love this spot. I was able to get in and out really quickly. They have the rush order printing…read moreservices for an added fee which I definitely needed. All in all, Mason and his team made the experience painless and I will definitely be back for my printing needs. I would advise it's best to give them a little heads up on printing projects just in case they have a log of orders to process. Every location that I have been to has made me feel absolutely hopeless, like no one cared about the urgency of my father getting his medication that he needs to sustain his health. I was pretty much done with FedEx. I was honestly fully prepared to write a huge Facebook post when I got home telling all of my friends and family to not go to their locations ever again. I thought I would try one more location on my way home, and I am so glad that I did. Mason was the first one who helped me out, he had helped me for a few minutes until Alex then finish the transaction. They were both extremely sweet, and informative, and actually made me feel my father's life and my urgency and need to get my package to him was important to them as well. Like I said, I was ready to throw a fit which I am ashamed to admit now- but shockingly and thankfully, they were both one of the best employees that I've ever had the pleasure of giving my business to. I've decided not to boycott FedEx now, but I will only be going to this location for all of my package needs from this point on. I will also only be dealing with either Alex or Mason. But recently, one of those online orders didn't turn out so great and I needed to send it back. I took it in to the store, showed the clerk a QR code and she printed a shipping label, took my package and sent me on my way. It was painless. The only reason I deducted a star was because I did have to wait in line for several minutes (longer than my actual transaction took). It would be nice if there was a self-service kiosk where I could scan the code, print the label myself and drop the package off rather than having to wait in a line. That just shows how accustomed to instant gratification I've become. I'll say it for you.

Make sure you have it packaged or they will charge you for a new package. Also make sure that you print your label at home which I don't have a printer. It wasn't easy and I'm assuming who is in charge because he was the only one who knew what he was doing in there. Was incredibly rude and actually yelled out in front of a store full of people, including some of my peers that were in there at me at me... very unprofessional.
